Primary Asset unveils its new Scottish office

Specialist healthcare developer opens Edinburgh base.

Primary Asset, a leading developer of innovative and purpose designed primary care premises throughout the UK, has recently opened an office in Scotland. Located in the business and professional heart of Edinburgh, this new office will enable Primary Asset to strengthen its excellent working relationships within Scotland, North East England and Northern Ireland.     
Nigel Pashley, Regional Development Manager and Jim Allan, Development Manager, who have a combined experience of over 36 years within the healthcare sector, head up Primary Asset’s Scottish division.  Committed and passionate, Nigel and Jim pride themselves on their ability to build strong customer relationships, whilst delivering solutions and buildings of the highest quality through working in partnership with their clients.
In recent years Nigel and Jim have delivered eight projects in Scotland comprising almost 17,000 sq m of healthcare facilities including schemes in Lossiemouth, Paisley and Kirkintilloch as well as undertaking several planning and design projects in the area.
