Planning Permission granted for the new Arley Medical Centre

Following an extensive community consultation, period planning permission has been granted for a new 750m² £1.5 million medical centre at Old Arley, Warwickshire.

The new medical centre, located at the junction of Rectory Road and Bournebrook View will replace the existing Springhill Medical Centre and provide an array of contemporary facilities including state of the art accomodation for GPs, practice staff and visiting staff from Warwickshire NHS Trust. It will also include 6 consulting rooms, one treatment room, a minor operations suite and space for other health staff such as District Nurses, Health Visitors and a Community Midwife.

It is anticipated that the new medical centre, which will be home to the practice of Dr Dickson and Partners, will be completed Autumn 2010.
