Following many months of waiting the Northern Office were delighted to hear that their project in Arley has been given the go ahead by Warwickshire PCT. It was one of only two projects from eight hopefuls approved by the PCT’s Committee in May 2008.
Northern Director, Ashley Heath said:
”The current premises at Spring Hill, Arley are in poor condition and the practice are delighted they have been finally given the green light”.
There are three sites under consideration including a local authority plot in Old Arley that has come back to the table following local opposition to a social housing scheme. Once the site has been selected and purchase agreed the Central team will take responsibility for the delivery of the project.
