Primary Asset relocates its Scottish office

Primary Asset, a leading developer of innovative medical premises to the primary care sector throughout the UK, has recently relocated its Scottish base to 45 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh.

Renowned as one of the city’s premier office address, Charlotte Square is situated in the heart of the business district enabling Primary Asset to strengthen its excellent working relationships within Scotland, North East England and Northern Ireland. Nigel Pashley, Regional Development Manager and Jim Allan, Development Manager, who have a combined experience of over 36 years within the healthcare sector, head up the Primary Asset operation in Scotland. Prior to joining Primary Asset they had been involved in the delivery of eight projects in Scotland in the past five years, comprising almost 17,000 m² of healthcare facilities. These include schemes in Lossiemouth, Paisley and Kirkintilloch as well as undertaking several planning and design projects in the area. Since opening the new Scottish office, the team have secured two exciting new appointments in Belfast and Fife, and have an expanding pipeline of opportunities.
