In order to continue the tradition and provide an insight to future generations, we will be placing a new time capsule into the grounds of Lytham Primary Care Centre and need your ideas!
The contents of the time capsule contains artefacts dating back 135 years and has provided a glimpse into life all those years ago, showing how times have changed.
The new time capsule will be buried during the construction process and suggestions for what to put inside are now being taken. Following the local and national press coverage of the time capsule we have been inundated with ideas ranging from USB sticks to iPods and of course mobile phones. However, the more unique the suggestion is, the more likely the chance it has of being included. A list of chosen items will be included in the time capsule together with contributers names to give everyone a legacy for the future.
