Primary Asset ‘breaks ground’ at Gosberton

Specialist primary care developer starts work on Gosberton Medical Centre.

Primary Asset, a leading developer of innovative and purpose designed primary care premises throughout the UK, held a ground breaking ceremony this week to mark the start of work on a new £1.75m medical centre for Gosberton, Lincolnshire.

Primary Asset provides modern facilities and cost effective solutions that meet both current and future healthcare needs. The new medical centre at Gosberton will bring much improved healthcare facilities to the local residents and will include five consulting rooms, a dispensary, a minor operations room and space for other attached health staff such as health visitors and midwives.

The design of the 700 sq m building has been given special consideration with emphasis on a light and airy atmosphere to ensure a stress free environment for patients, whilst providing a building with flexible space to enable doctors to offer a much improved service to their patients.
